HO CHI MINH PORT

The port of HO CHI MINH CITY is located on the Saigon River. It is a network of ports functioning as a hub for the import and export of goods in south of Vietnam. It is more of a small port having export of Sea Food, Agro, Minerals, Electronics, etc, towards South East Asia, India, and Red Sea Ports. The HCM city has 5 main terminals which are Cat Lai, SPITC, VICT, Hiep Phuoc, Sai Gon Port (Tan Thuan, Ben Nghe, ..) in which, Cat Lai is the biggest and modern terminal with a capacity of handling 8-10 vessels/per day @ 2000 TEUs per vessel. 7.9 million teus cargo throughput in 2021, in which Cat Lai Throughput is 5.6 million teus. There are ICD's namely ICD Phuoc Long, ICD Song Than and ICD Long Binh which can be served via HCM. In Vietnam, a significant share of domestic cargo is moved via sea transport. Total throughput in 2021 is around 23.9 million teus in which HCM port occupies 10% of volume. Litco also has good connection with Domestic MLO as Gemadept, VIMC, Vietsun, Haian, VSICO… Cambodia - Distance is 250 km from Cat Lai to Phnom Penh and the fastest & cheapest way by barge as compare to road and rail facility is not available.

HAI PHONG PORT

Hai Phong is the commercial capital of Vietnam and it is just a drive away from Hanoi. Hai Phong Port is a national-level general seaport cluster, the second largest in Vietnam after Saigon port and the largest in the North, an international gateway of Vietnam located in 3 districts which are Hong Bang, Ngo Quyen and Hai An. This is the leading seaport for northern Vietnam, and there are plans for the port system to handle ships up to 30,000- 40,000 DWT. Hai Phong port has total 18 Ports and 52 Wharves which belong to Viet Nam seaports, out of that NAM DINH VU , NAM HAI DINH VU, TAN VU, VIP GREEN PORT and HICT are the main operating ports in Hai Phong with approx. 5.6 millions teus throughput capacity every year. DA NANG PORT

Da Nang Port is located in Da Nang Bay with the area of 100km2 and the convenient transportation system; it is an important gate in the logistics service chain of the Central Vietnam. Distance is Ex. HCM – 609 km   and Ex. HPH – 556 km. Available SOC SPACE : Port Kelang (W) and Singapore Ex. Da- Nang. NVOCC Presence : Nil. Volume : 735,000 Teus PA. with a growth rate of 15% P.A. + BB shipment. Bo Y Border is the nearest Laos border from Da-Nang - Distance is approx.250 km and mode of transport is by road.
